Steve Campbell, CEO

Steve has over 30 years of experience in the high-tech industry including start-ups and large companies. Steve started his career with Data General in manufacturing operations, spending considerable time in the Far East. He was an early employee with Apollo Computers and was instrumental in building Apollo's European presence in the UK and Switzerland. Steve was the information technology merger manager during HP’s acquisition of Apollo. He then spent seven years as HP’s director of internal application development, supporting sales and marketing. Steve left HP and joined Scitex as VP of Operations and, after two years, moved on to join the start-up management team at Precise Software Solutions. Precise’s U.S. operations reported to Steve and he is widely credited with managing the most successful growth period in the company’s history. Most recently, Steve was involved in fund-raising and management consulting for a medical products company whose goal is to replace ultrasound technology.

Nir Sela, VP Research & Development

Nir has more than 15 years’ experience developing products using Oracle and Oracle performance tools. Prior to Zettapoint, Nir was product manager for Precise Software Solutions’ database product and also served as director of international customer service before Precise was acquired by Veritas Software. Prior to Precise, Nir was the R&D manager for Optimal Technologies from 1996 to 1999. Nir is a graduate of Mamram, the elite computer unit of the Israel Defense Forces, where he served for six years in the Oracle database group.

Adi Hirschtein, VP Product Management

Adi has over ten years’ technical, management and entrepreneurial experience in complex IT environments as a team leader, DBA and product manager. Adi was the founder and product manager of InfraGate, a startup that developed an integrated, lifecycle data center management and standardization solution. Prior to InfraGate, Adi held a number of technical and management positions in the IT industry, including application integration team leader at Orange where he was a DBA responsible for one of the largest Oracle sites in Israel.

Christopher Sauer, VP Sales

Christopher Sauer is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in defining, building, and leading sales and business development organizations. Prior to joining Zettapoint in 2008, Chris held executive management positions with Onaro, Inc (acquired by NetApp), Rules Power, Cyanea Systems (acquired by IBM), and Precise Software Solutions (acquired by Symantec). Chris brings extensive industry experience and successful track record of exceeding corporate goals through strategic customer and partner relationships.

Joanne Godfrey, VP Marketing

Joanne is an experienced marketing executive with a proven track record of delivering integrated marketing programs that accelerate growth and maximize visibility, throughout her 14 years in the high-tech industry. Most recently, Joanne was the Director of Marketing at Shunra Software where she spearheaded the company's marketing programs to generate brand recognition and accelerate revenue growth. Prior to Shunra Software, Joanne held senior marketing positions at Precise Software Solutions, Metalink and Mercury Interactive (now HP).

Randy Arseneau, VP Customer Support

Randy Arseneau has been involved in information technology management for over 23 years in various roles including developer, DBA, enterprise systems architect, performance engineer and senior executive. After spending ten years as a senior IT professional at Motorola, and over eight years in various management roles culminating in Director of APM Systems Engineering for Veritas Software and Precise Software Solutions, Randy most recently served as VP of Product Marketing for BEZ Systems, Inc. and then dynaTrace software, Inc., both industry-leading providers of next generation application performance management solutions.
